【中国上海,2008年9月5日】总部在迪拜的阿联酋航空(下称“阿航”)卓越的机上服务和先进设施再度获得“金翼全球最佳航空公司评选”的认可,荣膺“最佳头等舱奖”。 
阿联酋航空营业代表张宏晨先生(右)从颁奖嘉宾 上海世博会事务协调局副局长胡劲军先生(左)的手中接过“最佳头等舱”奖杯 第二届“2008金翼全球最佳航空公司评选”是由《东方早报》和全球著名旅游杂志《Travel+Leisure》中文版《私家地理》共同主办的,奖项评选结果综合了专业评委会的评审意见以及网民在线投票结果。 阿联酋航空大中华区副总裁刘荣柱(Edwin Lau)先生表示:“我们为能获得广大中国旅客的高度认可感到非常的荣幸。作为一家充满活力的国际航空公司,我们在飞行舒适度上持续投入巨资、不断推出机上创新服务,以保证我们尊贵的乘客享受到最高质量的服务。” 阿航是业界率先引入私人套间概念的航空公司,其中配备个人专属衣帽间、梳妆台及个人迷你吧、加长型平躺座椅,和先进的多达600余个频道的ICE(信息、通讯和娱乐)系统。阿航的机舱顶板上还配备了有助于乘客调整 “生物钟”的“星光模拟”系统,从而减少因时差带来的身体不适。 自2008年年初起,阿航为乘坐头等舱及商务舱远程航班的乘客提供全新的机上豪华便利包,其中包含宝格丽(Bvlgari)品牌的专属产品。 阿航还在头等舱中增添了一系列机上用品,包括全新的睡衣、拖鞋、眼罩,白色被褥和毛毯。在阿航久负盛名的多国籍空中乘务员的悉心服务下,头等舱乘客还能享受到丰盛的多道菜式餐食及世界顶尖侍酒师精心挑选的葡萄酒、烈酒和饮料。 在2008北京奥运开幕之际,阿航还在每天往返于北京和迪拜之间的EK306/307航班上启用配备了头等舱私人套间的全新空客A340-500型飞机。 目前,阿航在其每日两班的北京和上海航线上提供头等舱服务,今年7月1日开通的广州航线也即将提供该舱位服务。
Shanghai, China, 5th September 2008 - Emirates’ premium inflight service and state-of-the-art facilities received top honours at the Golden Wing Awards 2008, as the airline was presented the prestigious “Best First Class” award. Co-founded by Oriental Morning Post and the globally authoritative magazine Travel + Leisure’s (Chinese edition), The Golden Wing Awards steps into its second year running. The awards are determined by a professional jury panel as well as online votes polled by Chinese netizens. Edwin Lau, Emirates’ Vice President, Greater China, commented: “We are delighted to have received such an esteemed award and to have been appreciated by our Chinese travellers for our premium inflight service. As a dynamic international airline, we constantly invest in our inflight product; pioneering innovations and ensuring the highest standards of comfort and quality for our valued passengers.” Emirates pioneered the concept of private suites in the industry, featuring a coat closet, vanity desk and personal minibar, extra-large fully-reclining seats, and cutting-edge ice (information, communication and entertainment) system with over 600 channels of entertainment. The aircraft’s ceiling panels featured the revolutionary mood-lighting system that simulates twinkling stars and night-sky to help passengers adjust their internal body clock and reduce jetlag. Mood lighting and ice are available throughout the aircraft (First, Business and Economy class). From early 2008, passengers flying Emirates’ First and Business Class cabin on its long-haul flights have been presented the airline’s new luxury amenity kit containing exclusive products by Bvlgari. First Class passengers are also provided sleep suits, slipperettes, eyeshades, white duvets and blankets. Furthermore they enjoy sumptuous multi-course meals, enhanced by Emirates’ professionally selected wines, spirits and beverages—served by the world renowned multi-culture cabin crew. Prior to the 2008 Olympic Games, Emirates enhanced its Beijing service by introducing the Airbus A340-500 aircraft equipped with first class suites. Currently, Emirates’ first class cabin service is available on its double-daily service to Beijing and Shanghai. First Class will shortly be introduced on the new direct service to Guangzhou (launched on 1st July).
